Tagible is a QR-first operations platform built for the European SMB market — restaurants, manufacturers, facility-services firms, and any team that needs frontline inspections and compliance records to actually happen.
Stick a Tagible QR sticker on a fridge, machine, or shelf. Anyone scans it with their phone camera and gets a contextual inspection form, manual, issue-reporting flow, or item history. Admins manage everything from one place — templates, workflows, sensor data, audit log, exports.
Make compliance the cheapest, fastest path on the floor — then make verifying compliance the cheapest, fastest path for inspectors. Most operational risk for a small business comes from the gap between “we check this” and “we can prove we checked this.” Tagible closes that gap in under five minutes of setup.
Software that lets paper logs survive is broken. We default to friction-free scan flows because checks that take 30 seconds get done, and checks that take 5 minutes don't.
Data lives in Frankfurt by default, no toggles. AI inference uses EU-region endpoints. Procurement teams shouldn't have to fight for this.
Anyone with the right URL can run the chain-verify themselves — not just our staff. If we ever lose your trust, you can prove the data is whole without our help.
Pay for the org, not for headcount. Add modules for €5–€15/mo when you need them. Drop them when you don't. No surprise bills.
